This class teaches CPR and choking avoidance techniques for infants and children. There will be demonstrations of the techniques and visuals throughout the interactive class where you do and practice the techniques. This is taught by an RN and owner of The Mama Coach, Amanda Ibanez. There will be real life scenarios to prep you for the “what if”. This class will help you know what to do in an emergency situation and the scenarios will teach you to think outside the box and use your resources.

A CPR readiness gift will be provided. This event will take place at Pacesetter Park in the grass area where the soccer fields usually are (to the left of the parking lot when you enter). I will have tables and chairs and mats set up for your comfort. I have manikins to practice the techniques on but please bring your own stuffed animal to practice some on as well.
