Ready to take your practice to the next step but aren’t sure quite where to begin?! Intro to arm balance is a great place to start! Learning to balance on your arms is about practicing, building up muscle engagement, facing your fears, and above all, having fun! In this workshop you will use props, modifications, and step-by-step practices to learn how to access different arm balance postures and when you can freely add them to your practice.

Yoga poses have different variations for every type of body and practice and so do arm
balances! This workshop is great for both newer and advanced yogis who are looking to learn more about arm balances and exercises to build strength for these poses. You will flow through a yoga sequence to build a little heat and warm up, and then work through those strength practices and anatomy to prepare for the final piece of exploring some fun arm balance poses!
