Put your stress to rest! “Yoga for Stress Relief” will take you through gentle restorative poses as you learn simple breathwork and stress relieving techniques you can apply outside of class. Get ready to unwind with gentle, long-held postures supported with lots of props.

What to expect – dress comfy and bring lots of props (pillows and blankets encouraged!). This 90 minute class is perfect for beginners, no previous yoga experience or flexibility required.

Featuring guest teacher Carly Urbanski! Carly is an RYT-200 who specializes in power Yoga, restorative and meditation techniques.
