Join us this Saturday YogaSix for a Yoga for Stress and Anxiety workshop from 1-2:30pm. This workshop will help you learn the tools and techniques needed to relieve stress and anxiety, to discover more inner peace and fulfillment. You will learn ways to use your body and breath to shift your emotional state. There will be time for journaling before and after your practice.

You will practice:
✨Simple centering techniques
✨Identifying and monitoring feelings
✨Slow, mindful movement to alleviate tension
✨Relaxation inducing restorative postures
✨Pranayama (breath work) to quiet the mind
✨Guided relaxation and meditation

Leave this workshop with resources to help you cope with stress and anxiety. Handouts will be provided and questions will be welcomed. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one!
