Tell us about yourself! What makes you, “you”?

I love helping people. Chaos can affect many working women with or without careers and families. We are all overwhelmed with life. De-cluttering your home or office and organizing brings peace of mind. When you can better concentrate on things much more important it makes a happier life.

Describe your business, “Spaced Out by Cindy” and share what brought you to creating this business and why you’re passionate about it.

I organize homes and offices. I also de-clutter, will help pack or un-pack when moving. I will stage a home. And being able to offer getting storage units or dumpsters is always a plus. I am a previous realtor where I staged my own homes for listing. I also have had a cleaning business for many years which gave me the opportunity to begin organizing. I love what I do.

What goals do you have for your business in the future?

My goal is in being able to organize on a daily basis

What is your proudest achievement?

Working hard enough to being able to generate creating my own business.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced as a business owner and how did you overcome it?

Becoming known and trusted enough to generate referrals.

What advice would you give to a woman looking to start a business or get into a leadership role? Is there one thing that has helped you specifically?

You must have drive and hard work ethics. You can do anything you put your mind to.

If you could recommend one resource (book, podcast, quote, class, website, etc.), that has helped you in life or in business, what would it be and why?
